Residents admire the town hall lights.
CHADDERTONIANS enjoyed a day of festive fun culminating in the Christmas lights switch-on.
Locals enjoyed a Christmas market in the precinct, complete with stalls, food and games, followed by a lantern parade and firework display.
Crowds gathered at Chadderton Town Hall to watch a carol concert before Chadderton’s “prince and princess”, Connor Smith and Olivia Henstock, pushed the plunger to illuminate the district centre.
