LEARN a new craft, share your skills and make new friends at the new Chadderton Craft Cafe.
It meets at the Over-60s Centre, Broadway, from 11am to 1pm on Fridays and costs £1. Refreshments available.
TAKE part in a tree-planting project at Moston Brook with the Red Rose Forest and Woodland Trust. It runs from 11am to 5pm on Sunday with access via Parkfield Road North and Belgrave Avenue. For information contact the project officer on 07801-204 804.
MADE a New Year’s resolution to start running but don’t know how to train? A beginners’ running club meets at Radclyffe Athletics Centre, Hunt Lane, from 6.30 to 7.30pm on Tuesdays.
CHILDREN can get help with their studies and access to books and on-line resources at a homework help power hour. It runs from 3.30 to 4.30pm on Wednesdays at Chadderton Library, Burnley Street.

THE Riding Lights Theatre Company will be performing an alternative passion play at Christ Church, Block Lane, on Tuesday, February 5. “A Different Drum” is set around the theme “do unto others as you would have them do to you.”
