A BENEFIT night to raise money for the Foxdenton and District Protection Group will be held at Nimble Nook Social Club, Foxdenton Lane, on Saturday, May 18.

The group is fighting proposals for a business park and houses in Foxdenton.


FIRST Choice Homes Oldham is holding a walkabout inspection of the Bentley Street area tomorrow. Meet at the car park behind Chadderton Town Hall at 10am.

CHADDERTON Police have had reports of people riding trail bikes without helmets in Healds Green and on the pavement near St Matthew’s School, Chadderton Hall Road. Anyone with information should call officers on the non-emergency 101 number.
