Park fun day

CELEBRATE the start of May with a fun day in Foxdenton park. It runs from 1-4pm on Sunday and includes children’s activities and a cafe.
The event has been organised by the Friends of Foxdenton.
BAG a bargain at a bric-a-brac sale at St Mark’s Church, Milne Street, from 11am to noon on Saturday, May 11. Proceeds in aid of church funds.
PENNINE Care NHS is running the eight-week Why Weight? programme for people who want to lose weight sensibly. The next session takes place at Chadderton Wellbeing Centre, Burnley Street, 1-3pm on Monday, May 13.
PEOPLE are being asked not to park in the disabled spaces at Radclyffe School, Hunt Lane, without a blue badge. Pupils are also being asked not to drop chewing gum — which in banned in school — outside the school gates.
NORTH Chadderton School holds its Year 6 parents evening 6-7pm on Thursday, May 9.
