Chadderton Day

MAKE the most of the good weather and celebrate Chadderton Day on Saturday.


The annual family fun day runs from noon to 4pm in Foxdenton Park and the new Chadderton Prince and Princess, Harry Wall and Heidi O’Keeffe, will be crowned.


BAG a bargain in aid of a good cause at a popular Chadderton event from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, July 27. Pride in Oldham winner Iris Last and husband Roy are holding their 10th annual garage sale at 56 Haigh Lane for Cancer Research UK.


NORTH Chadderton School is collecting old Lego and Playmobil toys for local primaries. Anyone can drop off their donations at the school reception on Chadderton Hall Road.


RAISE any concerns about your council house with officers from First Choice Homes Oldham. They will be carrying out an inspection of Nelson Way, Engine Street, Whitley Street, Washbrook Court and Butler Green from 3 to 4pm on Monday.
