Half-term fun

CIRCUS skills, arts, crafts and games are just some of the free activities taking place for children in Chadderton Hall Park during half-term.
They have been funded by Chadderton District Partnership and run from 1 to 3pm on Friday. Under-eights must be supervised by an adult.
CHADDERTON Community Church, Garforth Street, is holding a six-week Friendship First programme to work with Muslims and share the Christian faith with them.
NEW family table tennis sessions take pace at Chadderton Wellbeing Centre, Burnley Street, from 4 to 5pm on Mondays. For information contact 0161-207 7000.
RADCLYFFE School pupils who are hoping to study medicine found out more about physiology, anatomy and medical ethics during a series of workshops at Ashton Sixth Form College.
PUPILS at St Herbert’s School, Edward Street, made models of the Eiffel Tower, tried out their language skills and had a Gallic-inspired school lunch during a French day.
EIGHT to 10-year-olds can take part in athletics sessions with Oldham Rockets at Radclyffe Athletics Centre, Hunt Lane, from 6 to 7pm on Mondays. Sessions cost £1.60.
