STEP back in time to the psychedelic Sixties tomorrow with Chadderton Historical Society. It is holding a themed party to celebrate one of the most remarkable decades of the 20th century.
The event is at Chadderton FC, Broadway, at 7.30pm. Authentic dress is encouraged — from mini skirts to flower power —and there will be themed refreshments.
NEWMAN College, Broadway, holds a year 11 parents’ evening from 4.40 to 5.30pm tomorrow.
MILLS Hill Primary School, Baytree Avenue, Chadderton, is holding an evening of fashion and fundraising at 7.30pm on March 16. The Friends of Mills Hill group has organised a Lucy Cobb fashion show for adults, with items and accessories to buy. Tickets cost £4 and are available from the school offices.
PARENTS can discuss concerns about their child’s speech and language at the monthly drop-in clinic at Stanley Road Children’s Centre from 9 to 11.30am tomorrow.
PATCHWORK Parade, Russell Street, holds its fourth annual quilting and craft fair at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Oldham, on March 19. Tickets cost £3, £2.50 for guild members.
