Oldham pair charged after woman is raped

28-year old Ewan Gaylard, of Huddersfield Road and 22-year old Declan O’Neil, of Peveril Road, have both been accused of one count of rape and one count of Grievous Bodily Harm.

The pair are due to appear at Tameside Magistrates Court today (Monday 25th February).

It’s in connection with reports that a woman, believed to be in her 30s, was attacked, raped, beaten and cut during the early hours of Wednesday morning (20th February) at a property in Greenacres.
