Year-on-year increases in anti-social bahaviour have been reported by Metrolink
Details of what happened haven’t been released but the Oldham Evening Chronicle understand the incident happened between the Westwood and Oldham Mumps stations and caused the line to be block for about an hour.
It caused the cancellation of trams on the Oldham and Rochdale Lines before a normal service, with minor delays, resumed just before lunchtime.
Due to an RTC in Oldham there are changes to services on the Rochdale line. We're currently unable to operate between Westwood & Oldham Mumps. Tickets can be used on bus services 58, 59, 81, 82, 83, 181, 182 & 184. Thank you for your patience & or apologies for any inconvenience.
