Man arrested after woman has phone stolen while having epileptic fit

Police, Fire and Ambulance Services attended and the body of a man was recovered
It was shortly after 12.45am on Thursday (21st March), a woman reported that she had her phone stolen as she was suffering from an epileptic fit on Portland street in the city centre.
An investigated was launched and officers conducted CCTV enquiries.
Today (Tuesday 26th March) a 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of robbery. He remains in custody for questioning.
