Man charged after woman has phone stolen while having epileptic fit

It's believed to have happened during the early hours of last Thursday morning
46-year old Noel Steadman, of no fixed address, has been charged with one count of theft.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court later today (Wednesday 27th March).
It was shortly after 12.45am on Thursday (21st March) when a woman reported that she had her phone stolen as she was suffering an epileptic fit on Portland Street in Manchester City Centre.
