Bus collides with van during morning rush hour in Oldham

The crash happened this morning at 7:25
A collision in Oldham this morning (Friday 5th April) brought traffic to a standstill during the rush hour when a bus stuck a van.
It happened on Oldham Road in Failsworth with witnesses reporting that everyone on the bus appeared to be fine despite the collision.
Pictures taken from the scene show the X84 bus having hit the van at the junction of Beresford Street, near to Desi Lounge at around 7.25am.
Shaun Farrelly confirmed on Twitter to Revolution News that everybody appeared to be unhurt by the incident.
The bus and van were quickly cleared from the scene and traffic returned to normal a short time later.
