Teenager charged after stabbings in Failsworth

A 17-year-old boy has been charged with assault and possession of an offensive weapon following an incident in Failsworth on the evening of Wednesday 3rd April 2019.
Police were called to Devon Road at 5.20pm after reports that two men aged 19 and 21 had been stabbed.
Both required hospital treatment and are now recovering.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been remanded to appear before Tameside Youth Court on Wednesday 10th April.
