Moorland blaze in Delph now extinguished

Another fire on the moors was reported this morning to GMFS (Greater Manchester Fire Service) at 11:20am.
Firefighters used two engines and beaters to tackle the blaze on Knot Hill Lane in Delph, where no properties were put in danger.
Fire crews managed to take control of blaze at 2:00pm.
