Further person charged after fight outside Royal Oak pub in Oldham

A further person has been charged after a large fight outside the Royal Oak Hotel pub on Oldham Road on Easter Sunday.
21-year old Momodou Jallow of Ashley Lane in Moston, has been charged with Section 18 assault, violent disorder and possession of a bladed article.
He is remanded to appear at Tameside Magistrates Court today. (Friday 26th April 2019)
The charge relates to a fight police were called to at around 3am on Sunday 21st April 2019 and the stabbing of a man, who was 21 at the time of the incident.
That morning, another man, 24-year old Joe O'Brien from Blackley, sadly died after also being stabbed.
