Three men are charged following 10-week old puppy theft in Oldham

Poppy the dog is back in safe hands
Police were called to Gorton Street in Chadderton following reports of a burglary at a house, when they arrived they discovered the 10-week old puppy, called Poppy, had been taken.
The men then climbed onto a tram heading towards King Street where the police were waiting for them.
However, the offenders managed to flee and climbed onto the roof of Koffee Kingdom on Foundary Street where they stayed for two hours while officers tried to talk them down.
The suspects eventually did come down and were arrested on suspicion of burglary.
Poppy, a Shih-Tzu was also returned to her rightful owner.
Now three men have been charged in connection with the incident including 25-year old Christopher Butler and 24-year old Jamie Stanton, both of no fixed address.
27-year old Muktakir Rahmen, from Bamford Street, has also been charged with burglary, police also charged him with burglary at an address on Buckstones Road in Shaw.
