Temperatures are set to reach 30°C in Oldham tomorrow
Temperatures are set to reach 30 °C tomorrow (29th June) but staying safe while sunning yourself is still a priority.
The weather is expected to hit an exceptional peak as the North West braces for the hottest day of the year- off the back off the heatwave gripping Europe.
According to Public Heath England, the main people that can have negative experiences during a heatwave are the elderly (over 75s), young children and people that suffer from heart or breathing problems.

Whilst having fun in the sun, keep your environment cool, look out for your neighbours, family or friends who may be isolated and unable to care for themselves and make sure any medicines are stored below 25°C.
The Oldham Chronicle has heard there will be highs of 22°C this afternoon and temperatures will soar into tomorrow, with a glorious Saturday afternoon on the cards.
