BREAKING NEWS: Stabbing close to Arndale Shopping Centre in Manchester

Exchange Square has been cordoned off
Officers are in attendance to reports that several people have been stabbed close to the Arndale Shopping Centre in Manchester.
Five people have been taken to hospital with injuries.
A man in his 40s has been arrested on suspicion of serious assault. He has been taken to custody for questioning.
GMP (Greater Manchester Police) have issed a statement:
"In these early stages we are keeping an open mind about the motivation of this terrible incident and the circumstances as we know them.
"Given the location of the incident and its nature officers from Counter Terrorism Police North West are leading the investigation as we determine the circumstances."
Exchange Square near to the Printworks and Next have also been cordoned off.
