Creative Saddleworth baker Andrea Roebuck has come up with a Christmas cracker of an idea to take the strain out of Yuletide cooking.
She has developed a heavyweight all-in-one pie that comes with all the main ingredients of a full-blown Christmas lunch.
And her heavyweight pies are selling like ... hot cakes, says the boss of the Little Saddleworth Pie Company based af Greenfield. “They have sausage, stuffing, turkey, pork and cranberry. They are all home cooked and customers love them.”
She quipped: “It cuts down the washing up too.”
