Two men have been charged in connection with the death of a man following a disturbance in Derker on Friday.
Jamie Kennedy, 24, of Yorkshire Street, Oldham, has been charged with one count of murder.
Christopher Kennedy, 25, of Yorkshire Street, Oldham, has been charged with Section 47 Assault and Common Assault.
Both men appeared at Manchester Magistrates' Court today and have been remanded in custody.
Police were called at around 9.30am on Friday to a report of a "disturbance" at an address on Frances Street, in Derker.
Emergency services attended and the victim, 60-year-old Bob Payne, was taken to hospital with critical injuries.
Mr Payne died in hospital on Monday.
Officers are continuing to appeal for information and are urging those with information - including dashcam or CCTV footage - to contact police.
