Police have been informed after the pitch at the Higginshaw Amateur Rugby League club was churned up by individuals riding quad bikes again last night (Friday).
A spokesperson for the Higginshaw club said: "We had the quad bikes on our pitch on Crompton Street again last night (August 4) at 18.50.
"On Thursday evening we cut the pitch and marked it our ready for our next game and it looked great.
"But as you can see from the pictures, since then the quad bikes have been on it and cut it up."
Thankfully Higgy, who play in the North West Men's League, don't have a game until next Saturday when they face Rochdale Hornets.
