Warm-hearted players, coaches and parents connected with the Saddleworth Rangers under-eights rugby squad helped to brighten up Christmas for local families.
All at Rangers under-eights worked hard at a fund raising drive, and then presented £150 and 30 brilliant selection boxes to the Oldham Rugby League Club's supporters' group (the Yeds) Christmas collection.
The £150 was used to buy toiletries, nappies, food and other essential items for those in need at this time of year.
What a terrific effort from everyone involved.
