Detectives in Oldham have released photos of two men they would like to speak to following an assault in the town centre.
The male victim was followed into an alleyway off Retiro Street at around 4:30am on November 19, 2023 where he was attacked and had his Brave camouflage coat stolen.
Detective Sergeant Matt Adshead said: "This was a nasty and unprovoked attack - a distinctive and expensive jacket was taken so a partner or parent must have seen a family member come home from a night out with a coat they didn’t leave with."
Anyone with information or who was in the area at the time should contact police on 0161 856 4521 quoting log 621-19112023.
