The Fox and Pine in Oldham town centre has completed its hat-trick of wins in the CAMRA Pub of the Year awards.

CAMRA branch members of Rochdale, Oldham and Bury voted the popular pub the winner again in the 2024 competition.

The pub will now be judged by representatives of the other branches in Greater Manchester to see who wins the coveted Greater Manchester CAMRA pub of the year 2024.

Landlord Chris Riley said: "We won in 2023, but now we’re going to have a bit of a refresh in the coming weeks with a few improvements here and there.

“We’ve now brought the food back under our roof with Michelle taking back control of the kitchen with Michelle, my wife’s, quirky little ideas.

“Duck a Muffin pies are selling really well and her Steak and Bass Ale pies are just lovely.

"The new art gallery is arriving shortly (watch this space) and our toilets, which are a bit wacky, are having another makeover.”

And Chris added: ”We’ve also just won the ROB CAMRA Branch real cider pub of the year 2024 award too!”
