Chadderton FC Chairman Bob Sopel presents the £755 donation to Frank Rothwell
Latics co-owner and chairman Frank Rothwell paid a visit to Chadderton FC's Falcon Fire Stadium to receive a £755 donation.
The money raised by Chadderton was in support of Frank's epic 3,000-mile Trans-Atlantic single-handed row, fundraising for Alzheimer’s Research UK.
Chaddy FC Chairman Bob Sopel presented the donation on behalf of the football club.
The £755 was raised thanks to a bucket collection at a recent North West Counties fixture at the ground.
Mr Sopel said: "Thank you to everyone who supported our Chadderton FC initiative."
