Boxers shine at Muay Thai Kids Show

Six boxers from isaan Muaythai training centre in Oldham have enjoyed a taste of success at the Muay Thai Kids show in Yorkshire.

The show - which showcases the best young talent in the UK - was held at the Barnsley Metrodome on 2nd Febraury

The team from Oldham and walked away with five wins and one draw, their best results to date.

• Ethan Flight, 15, won via unanimous decision
• Connor Shaw, 14, won via unanimous decision
• Luke Mattinson, 14, drew in a superb contest
• Logan crabb, 6, won via unanimous decision
• Tyler Scott, 9, won via unanimous decision

The performance of the day went to Georgia Connoughton (aka Lady Isaan) who won her first title and is now the WTKA Anglo Scottish title (42kg).
 
Head coach Steve donnelly said he was "very proud" of all the boxers.
