More than 20 talented members of the Greenacres-based Kenny Karate Club have earned England recognition.
The 22 members in total - aged between six and 20 - have completed a selections process and were successfully chosen to represent United Karate England at competitions both in the UK and Europe.
All of the 22 athletes attend schools in Oldham.
Club officials are now trying to raise the funds needed to ensure the children have the best chance when competing at this level.
The students will require new equipment, specialist clothing, entry fees and licences.
If you or your business will be in a position to help, please call the number of the home page of the Kenny Karate dedicated Facebook page.
