Three talented young fighters from the Isaan Muay Thai training centre in Oldham did the town proud when they fought at the Yokkao kids event at the Macron Stadium in Bolton.
Tyler Scott, aged nine, put in a superb performance as he dropped a points decision against Stan from the Peel Muay Thai club.
Tommy Lowe, aged 13, also turned in a master-class of a performance against Liam Derbyshire as he retained his UK number 1 ranking.
Meanwhile, Luke Mattinson, aged 14, dropped a point decision in what was a career best performance to date against Jake Newman from the Majestic Gym.
Head coach Steve Donnelly said: “It’s all about the performances.
“Yokkao is the biggest stage in Muay Thai, so I was very proud of our boxers.”
