Saddleworth School Year 7s are champions of Oldham
Saddleworth School were crowned Oldham Schools' Cricket champions after defeating Hulme in last year's belated Year 7 final at Werneth CC.
In reply to Hulme's 70 runs for seven wickets, the Saddleworth side reached the required total without loss of any wickets and with eight overs to spare thanks to an impressive team performance.

Oli Bebbington (pictured above) 'carried his bat' for the entire school season, including another 32 not out in this latest final.
