Athletic swoop for Blades kid Graham

New Athletic capture Sam Graham

Athletic manager Frankie Bunn has bolstered his defensive options with the loan signing of Sam Graham from Sheffield United.  
 
The 17-year-old has signed on a season-long loan from the Blades. 
 
Graham is a central defender who has featured many times for Sheffield United under-23s last season. 
 
He enjoyed a loan spell with FC Halifax Town last season and has made the step up to league football for the first time this season.  
 
Bunn said: “He has pace, power and height. He is a young boy and has a willingness to learn.  
 
“He is a talented player and has huge potential.

"He is a good character, person and has excellent values.”
