Latics to play six July pre-season friendlies

Latics will welcome Mansfield Town to Boundary Park on Saturday, July 23
Latics have announced that they plan to play six pre-season friendly fixtures next month as preparations continue for the new National League campaign.
John Sheridan's players will report back for training towards the end of this month, before the warm-up games begin on Saturday, July 9 with a trip to Bamber Bridge.
Sheridan’s side will welcome Mansfield Town to Boundary Park on Saturday, July 23, as well travelling to Brig, Bradford Park Avenue and concluding the schedule at AFC Fylde on July 30.
Further fixtures will be announced shortly, including another match against higher-ranked opposition at home.
The club is hoping to play Boundary Park fixtures on Tuesday, July 12, and Saturday, July 16.
