Oldham Roughyeds Supporters Association's recruitment drive
Oldham RL fans are urged to back Oldham Roughyeds Supporters Association (ORSA), whose hands-on support of coaching and playing staff will be even more important in League One than it was in the Championship.
The next ORSA function is a Quiz Night next Thursday 5 October in partnership with Higginshaw ARLFC and held at Higgy's Sports and Social Club, St Stephen's Street, Oldham, starting at 8pm. It costs £1 to enter (maximum of six in a team) and the jackpot prize on offer will be £200.
As an independently-run Oldham RLFC supporters' club, ORSA assists the coaching and playing staff in various ways as well as sponsoring players.
Officials are keen to recruit new members for £10 a year.
To join, attend the quiz or contact secretary Grant Somerville on 01706 844810.
