Ambitious Roughyeds say they will have a hugely competitive tier-two squad in 2021
Oldham Rugby League Club have confirmed that stand-off Lewis Charnock and young forward Matt Fletcher are under contract to the end of next season.
Both signed two-year deals when they joined newly-promoted Oldham for the start of Roughyeds' 2020 Betfred Championship campaign under new head coach Matt Diskin.
Fletcher (20) arrived at home-town Oldham via Bradford Bulls Academy and a spell in Australia, while Charnock (25) signed from Barrow Raiders to play a key pivotal role in a new-look Oldham side.
Ambitious Roughyeds, who have retained star man Danny Langtree on a new two-year deal and beaten several Championship rivals to sign Leeds Rhinos' young prop Tyler Dupree, say they will have a hugely competitive tier-two squad in 2021.
