Starter

Zuppa Del Giorno - Soup of the day served with homemade bread.
Paté Della Casa - Homemade paté served with toasted bread and a berry chutney
Polpette Al Forno - Homemade meatballs served in a tomato sauce topped with mozzarella cheese
Insalata Caprese - Creamy buffalo mozzarella served with avocado and tomato slices with extra virgin olive oil.
Gamberoni Rustico - Prawns wrapped in filo pastry, deep-fried, served with sweet chilli sauce.

Mains

Pollo Cacciatore - Pan-fried chicken with peppers, mushrooms, olives, garlic, onions, tomatoes & a red wine sauce.
Cannelloni Di Vitello - Fresh pancakes filled with minced veal and Spinach, baked with a creamy tomato sauce & topped with mozzarella
Calzone - mushrooms, spinach, sweet red peppers, tomato sauce & goats cheese.
Risotto Al Primavera - Italian rice with prawn, pea & mint
Bistecca Al Diana - Your choice of Rump steak cooked to order served with creamy Diane sauce.

Fresca Restaurant is a stylish and relaxing bar lounge with a large choice of menu, coffees, wines and cocktails, guaranteed to make you feel pampered whatever the occasion. We believe dining at Fresca is a sophisticated experience, but one that is also family friendly.
