Mayor of Greater Manchester Andy Burnham
Andy Burnham will be taking questions from the public at Oldham Library on Wednesday.
The event aims to answer questions on local issues by members of the public and local media, with free tickets available through EventBrite.
Remote and in-person questions are available, with Oldham citizens able to email their questions to questiontime@greatermanchester-ca.gov.uk or through Twitter using the hashtag #AskAndyGM. For those at the event, you can pre-ask your question during the ticket booking process.
All questions must be submitted by today, Monday 21 November, and will be selected to ensure a wide range of subjects are covered. Ticket bookings are available until Tuesday 23 November at 23:30.
Safety measures for COVID-19 have been implemented such as requiring a full vaccination or negative lateral flow test 48 hours prior to the event and encouraging those in attendance to wear masks. More details can be found through the EventBrite page.
This event comes as part of a plan for Andy Burnham to attend a question time event with each local authority in Greater Manchester over the next twelve months.
