The housebuilder says the offer forms part of an autumn campaign running until 31 October.
The incentive can be used towards a deposit or mortgage payments, or for upgrades including flooring and appliances.
Bellway is also promoting the energy efficiency of new-build properties as part of the campaign.
Research by the Home Builders Federation cited by the company says energy bills in new homes are typically 21 per cent lower than in older properties, while carbon emissions are typically 33 per cent lower.
The research also estimates that upgrading an older property to modern standards can cost £70,000.
Lynne Duxbury, sales manager for Bellway, said: “Living in a new home has many benefits, including energy efficiency, lower carbon emissions and the opportunity to create a house that feels like home from day one.
“Bellway has been building high-quality homes for 80 years and we value feedback from our customers. They consistently tell us that financial incentives make the cost of moving more manageable. Our autumn campaign focuses on creating houses that feel like home while helping customers to find their ideal home before winter.”
The incentives are available on selected plots at Old Brook View in Shaw, with savings of up to £15,000.
