Chadderton gunshot incident - pair charged with attempted murder

Two men were remanded in custody and were set to appear this morning (Monday) at Manchester Magistrates court
Two men have been charged with attempted murder as Greater Manchester Police detectives continue to investigate an incident in Chadderton last week.
Stephen Wilson (aged 28) from Salford and Jordan Aston (33) of no fixed abode have both been charged with attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
They were remanded in custody and were set to appear this morning (Monday) at Manchester Magistrates court.
The charges relate to an incident which occurred on Busk Road last Wednesday (May 22) at around 8:30pm when patrols were called to Royal Oldham Hospital Accident and Emergency, as well as to Busk Road, following a man presenting himself with gunshot wounds and another receiving serious knife wounds at the scene.
