Ram mill team gear up for new office space open day

Local businesses of all sizes have been invited to a very special open day on Tuesday (May 24) at the extensively refurbished Ram Mill office space in Chadderton.

Owner Javed Akbar will be on hand to welcome potential new clients on the day - between 9.30am and 3pm - as he and his staff show off the units and suites that are now available.

Ram Mill has been attractively refurbished to provided a variety of modern and unique character office space with appealing features such as high ceilings, exposed brickwork, excellent natural light and plentiful parking, as well as a new incredible main reception area.

Office suites are available from less than 1,000 sq ft, up to a full floor which can be offered of around 33,500 sq ft.

Ram mill was initially converted into a self-storage, office, business and hospitality event spaces following a £3million redevelopment programme in 2019. The former textile mill on Gordon Street was built in 1907 towards the end of the Lancashire cotton boom. 

Ram Mill is situated adjoining J21 of the M60 motorway, accessed via the A663 Broadway, providing swift access to Oldham town centre, Manchester and the region’s wider motorway network.
