Police seek cctv information following a spate of burglary and car theft attempts

CCTV footage is being sought by police
Residents in Saddleworth and Lees have been asked for potential cctv sightings following a spate of attempted burglaries and car thefts in the areas recently.
A post on the GMP Saddleworth & Lees Facebook page read: “Be aware.
“We are aware of suspicious males in trying house and car doors in the early hours.
“Males sighted on Athens Way, Lees, Lower Knoll Road, Diggle and Heywood Avenue, Austerlands.
“Do you have any CCTV showing registration of vehicle used?
“Information welcome.”
